DVB, or Denim by Victoria Beckham, is the fashion line by the star of the same name. As one might suspect by its moniker, this line is exclusively focused on denim creations. The jeans in this collection run the gamut from straight and skinny to slightly flared and frayed, and they also come in a wide array of colors, including:

• Indigo
• Black
• Stonewashed

This is a very exclusive collection, so the best places to purchase include:

• Saks Fifth Avenue: The high-end retail giant comes through with no less than seven different styles of denim. Here, you’ll also find the Signature Logo Capri Jeans. Cuffed at the hem, these capris will look great with a pair of brightly colored, high heels.

• Cashmere: Cashmere also houses an impressive collection of the DVB line, but several of the jeans are currently out of stock. Prices here range from $150 to $282.

As of April 2008, several fashion blogs began reporting that the DVB fashion line may be in jeopardy. In fact, the blog Celbritique.com claims that outlet stores Fred Segal and Kitson have altogether discontinued the line. The most common reason given for this decision is Ms. Beckham’s apparent lack of appropriate promotional work. However, her denim line is still currently available at the sites mentioned above.

There can be no doubt that Victoria Beckham is a style icon who creates her own fashion rules. Equal parts of schoolmarm and vixen play out in button-up Oxford shirts and four-inch Versace heels. No matter her current look, we can rest assured knowing that when Mrs. Beckham steps out, the fashion world takes notice.
